Accessibility isn't a feature we finished. It's a standard we hold ourselves to as the product grows — designed in, reviewed often, and improved with the people who use it.

Keyboard navigation

Core flows are built to work without a mouse, with a logical tab order and visible focus so you always know where you are.

Screen-reader support

We use semantic structure, meaningful labels, and alternative text so assistive technologies can describe the page accurately.

Color & contrast

Text and essential controls are chosen to meet strong contrast targets, and we avoid relying on color alone to convey meaning.

Readable text

Layouts are built to stay usable when text is enlarged, so you can scale content to a comfortable size without losing content.

Respectful motion

Animation is kept purposeful, and we honor your system's reduced-motion setting to soften or remove movement.

Plain language

Health topics are hard enough. We write in clear, direct terms and explain what actions do, so nothing hinges on jargon.

The standard we aim for

Working toward
WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our reference. It's the widely recognized benchmark for making digital experiences perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.

An honest note on conformance

We design and test against these guidelines as we build, but no single automated check confirms full conformance. Genuine accessibility depends on ongoing manual testing with assistive technologies and review by accessibility specialists — work we treat as continuous.

If you rely on a specific tool or setup and something isn't working, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.

Where we're still working

What we're improving next.

  • Expanding manual testing with screen readers across more of the product, not just marketing pages.
  • Auditing interactive charts and health visualizations so their data is available in accessible, non-visual forms.
  • Reviewing forms and error messages so every field has a clear label, description, and recovery path.
  • Documenting accessible patterns internally so new features start accessible rather than being retrofitted.
